Victim Assistance Program is not currently accepting applications for the Summer 2026 semester. Applications are open for students interested in beginning an internship in Fall 2026.

Victim Assistance Program has a long history of providing meaningful training and hands-on experience to students. In fact, many current employees were previous student interns! We accommodate both direct service internships and administrative internships for the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters.

Our direct service interns play a key role in providing 24/7/365 trauma informed care to residents and employees within Summit County, Ohio. If selected, your will provide crisis intervention & advocacy services via our 24-hour hotline & chat and in person, at the scene of the crime, or in one of our office locations, located throughout Summit County, Ohio.

Internships are highly competitive and interested students should apply 60-90 days in advance of the semester. Victim Assistance Program Interns are unpaid positions, and our interns are required to work on-site, in one of our office locations.
